My chubby fish....

Fast forward since my last post. Mason went for his 4 month appointment last week. He weighed in at (drum roll please....) 18 lbs 4 oz and was 26 1/2 inches long.....he is so big and getting really heavy to carry around in his carrier!! I feel like he has become a different child in the past week. We have been taking him to the pool for the past three weeks (he loves it and starts smiling and laughing when we put on his swim diaper and trunks). The first two weeks were great. This is how our pool visits normally went.....get in pool....go to sleep on Diana's shoulder.....relax, relax, relax...wake up...continue to stay relaxed (this would go out for about 2 hours). This past week, Mason has found out how to splash. Once he started...he has not stopped. No more going to the pool with dry hair anymore!! He splashes and splashes until he falls asleep on my shoulder (we still get a nap in during pool time which is good)!! It is nice being on summer vacation and getting to spend lots of time together!!
